A common Proverb says, “Old is Gold”. This statement is absolutely true while, we talk about India Pack, an oldest packaging show of India which has achieved the recognition as a versatile event in this part of the world.

In order to make an exposure to the packaging community about availability of various opportunities, technologies & their application, India Pack is being one of the effective event for time and again. Considering this fact, the Institute has been organizing International Packaging Exhibition since 1987 to showcase about the latest trends, development of packaging materials, machinery and system mainly for the benefit of packaging converters, machinery sector and user industry.

In the same line, Institute is organizing the next International Packaging Exhibition under the banner India Pack 2013 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai during 28-31 January 2013 with a theme of ‘Packaging for Economic Growth’. This exhibition will prove to be a unique platform for the packaging and allied industries to showcase about the development of newer packaging materials including various primitive packaging media.

The Institute had also formulated a series of road shows for this event. The first launch cum press meet was held in Mumbai at the end of March 2012 with overwhelming response followed series of launches at Delhi, Chennai & Kolkata. The event is also well promoted overseas.

On the backdrop of India Pack, several other value added concurrent events are also planned such as International Summit for Packaging Industry (ISPI2013), Indiastar & Pacmachine Award Ceremony, International Buyer Sellers’ Meet, Exhibitors Forum, Packnite & many more to go. The response to all these events have been very enthusiastic and overwhelming making India Pack the most eagerly awaited event. We are grateful to all the participants, delegates, several Industry associations & Government of India for their continued patronage in making this event a success.

With this background, may I invite all the packaging fraternity to come forward, participate in the forthcoming India Pack 2013 exposition to make a landmark success for the benefit of packaging industry in terms of business growth and overall economy of the country.

With the same encouraging support and co-operation from the industry and allied sectors, surely we can aim for the most awaited mega show “India Pack 2013”. So mark your dates and look forward to see you in India Pack 2013.
