Machines and solutions from Epson, OKI and UniNet
Epson ColorWorks C3500/C7500/C831 are solutions for short-run color label printing, for example for in-house production of durable and high-quality labels on-demand.

The OKI Pro1040 and OKI Pro1050 Label Printers are compact digital color label printers with up to 5 inches (130 mm) media width, which can optionally underprint with white. From roll to roll or from roll to label. The LED color label printing systems print at up to 9 metres/min. in 4 colors (CMYK - Pro1040) or 5 colors (CMYK plus white - Pro1050). The 5-colour machine prints with real black. Four colors are used for printing on white substrates and five colors including white are used for printing on colored or black media or clear foils.

UniNet iColor 200 is an inkjet printer with a media width of up to 8 inches, equipped with gap sensor for dye-cut media and black mark sensor for kiss-cut media. The desktop label printer offers two modes: continuous roll-to-cut printing and optional roll-to-roll production printing. It works with a single high-performance ink cartridge (cyan, magenta, yellow, process black) for pigment and dye-based applications. This allows high-quality labels to be produced for a variety of industries (e.g. wine and spirits, beverages, beer, food, chemicals, home and personal care, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, supply chains, logistics, etc.) with photos, graphics, illustrations and text as well as high-resolution linear or two-dimensional barcodes on a variety of materials such as PET, BOPP, vinyl and others. The thermal inkjet printer (resolution up to 4800 dpi) delivers water- and UV-re sistant, durable labels with pigment-based ink. It processes webs from 38-312 mm (print width 13-209 mm) at speeds up to 114.3 mm/s (draft mode), 45.8 mm/s (normal mode) or 20.3 mm/s (high quality mode).
