PrimeBlade Sweden AB is investing approximately € 750.000 to develop the next
generation of doctor blades for the flexo, gravure, offset & coating
industry.
The printing & packing industry is facing
increased demands, where quality, productivity and prices are the main focus in
order to meet the future demands. PrimeBlade is investing in the latest
grinding technology to increase the quality and productivity even further.
Investments also include taking the award nominated 900 Nano I doctor blades to
the next level, including the development of Nano II and III.
The next generation of Nano blades will
include Nano II (water based inks) and Nano III for the really long life
solutions, including solutions for very abrasive inks, like white ink etc.
Very important is to notice is that the Nano
products do not include any ceramic particles that could be abrasive towards
the cylinders and aniloxes.
